# Set processing fees and a minimum credit card charge

The Processing Fees card on Settings -> Invoicing controls the percentage fees added to customer payments to cover payment processing costs. Set separate rates for Credit card fee and ACH / bank fee, then Save. Enter rates as percentages, such as 3 for 3%.

The Credit Card Fee Threshold card applies credit card processing fees only when the charge is at or above an amount you set. Turn on "Only apply credit card fees on charges at or above a minimum", enter the dollar amount, and Save. Charges below the threshold won't carry a card fee, and ACH/bank payments are never affected by this threshold.

Leave the threshold off to apply the credit card fee regardless of amount.
