# See a property's equipment and asset groups

The Asset Groups card on the property page lists the property's asset groups, which are the equipment grouped by type, for example all the fire extinguishers or the sprinkler system. Each row shows the asset group type and how many units it holds (for example "Fire Extinguisher (12 total)"), an Inactive marker if it's not active, and when its next service is due.

Click an asset group to open its own page with the individual units and their recurring services. Use the Add button on the Asset Groups card to create a new asset group on the property. Asking Essential what equipment or systems a property has is answered from the asset groups shown here.
