# What the property page shows

The property page is the full picture of one location. The top shows the property's address, an Active or Inactive status, the customer it belongs to, and its phone number. Down the right are cards for Asset Groups (the equipment at the property), Access Info, Notes, and Contacts.

Across the middle, tabs group everything tied to the property, each with a count: Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Subscriptions, Tasks, Inspection Reports, Automations, Workflows, and Files (the Quotes, Invoices, and Subscriptions tabs appear based on your permissions, and Workflows appears once Workflows is enabled for your business and it has published at least one workflow).

The Workflows tab lists the workflows that run for this property and how each applies — to all customers, to the property's customer, or to this property specifically. Use **Add workflow** to add the property to a published workflow's audience; only workflows whose triggers identify a property can be added this way, and property-specific workflows run when an event names this exact property. Audiences are managed in full on the Workflows page under Automations.

The Automations tab shows when each automation started, its next scheduled action, and, for scheduled Job Approvals and custom tasks, the service due date it is working toward. A dash means that date does not apply, such as the next date for a completed automation.

Use Edit to change the property's details; the ... menu next to it has Move to Another Customer to reassign the property (shown when you have merge/split permission). You can ask Essential about the property you're viewing, such as its address, its customer, or what equipment is on site.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://learn.withessential.com/customers-and-work/properties/what-the-property-page-shows.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
