Choose Set Manual Trigger, pick a Future Date, and the automation begins on that date instead of its calculated next date (handy to delay or push out an upcoming outreach). If the automation covers more than one asset group, you pick the scope: **Just this Asset Group** for this asset group, or **All *****N***** Asset Groups in this Automation** for every covered asset group. To go back to the normal schedule, open the menu and choose **Remove Manual Trigger**, which shows the date the automation is currently set to begin. A manually triggered automation is labeled "(Manual Trigger)" on the card. ## Send or create immediately To run the automation right away instead of on its scheduled date — for example when your outreach is snapped to a fixed day of the month but a customer needs it now — open the same menu and choose **Send Immediately** (for an outreach that hasn't started sending yet) or **Create Task Immediately** (for a Custom Task automation), then confirm. The outreach is sent, or the Custom Task created, within a few minutes. Send Immediately sends the whole outreach at once — if it covers several asset groups, all of them go out together, so there's no per-group choice. Its later steps then keep their normal spacing from this immediate send.
