Click Select (by the asset filters) to turn on checkboxes and pick the assets (Select All is there too), then on the selection bar open More and choose Answer; a modal lists the report's questions. Fill in only the ones you want to apply and leave the rest blank - blank questions are skipped, so existing answers stay - then Apply to the selected assets writes those answers to every one you picked, warning first if it would overwrite answers some already have.
