# See and browse your inspection reports (the Inspection Reports page)

The Inspection Reports page lists the inspections your team has filled out - each one an inspection of a property's equipment (an asset group). Each row shows the Property and Address, the Asset Group inspected, the number of Deficiencies found, the Status (Draft or Submitted), and the Last Update, Created On, and Created By.

Use the All / Draft / Submitted tabs to filter by status, and the Filter by property or asset group box to narrow the list; click a column header to sort and click a row to open a report. Create Inspection Report (top right) starts a new one.

Submitting a report finalizes its deficiencies and records the service completions that advance the recurring-service schedule. You can also ask Essential to find a report, see which reports found deficiencies, or list a property's reports across the business.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://learn.withessential.com/field-operations/inspection-reports/see-and-browse-your-inspection-reports-the-inspection-reports-page.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
