# Where to see customer approvals and responses to service requests

When a customer responds to a recurring service request you sent (a site visit / service approval, often including the property access form), their response is recorded as a Recurring Services task on the Tasks page, under Recurring Services in the left sidebar.

The folder reflects their answer: Approved means they approved the service and confirmed access on the request, Declined means they declined, Ask Someone Else means they pointed you to a different contact, and Unanswered means they never replied by the due date (Email Bounced means it could not be delivered).

Open a task to see who responded, when, and their answers, including whether the property access info is correct. This is where customer approvals and responses live. It is not the Scheduling page, and it is separate from a customer signing a quote (that shows up under Quotes as Signed).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://learn.withessential.com/field-operations/tasks/where-to-see-customer-approvals-and-responses-to-service-requests.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
