# Workflows

Build, test, publish, and run customer workflows, then respond when a workflow asks your team for a decision.

Workflows is enabled per business. If you don't see **Workflows** under **Automations**, it isn't turned on for your account yet - open the Essential Assistant and choose the **Talk to a human** tab to ask for it.
