On the open quote, find the Attachments section and click Add New Files to upload; PDF, PNG, JPEG, JPG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, and XLSX are supported. You can add or remove attachments while the quote is in Draft. Once a quote is sent for signature, its contents lock, so attach what you need before sending. If you need to change attachments on an Unsigned or Expired quote, use **Revert to Draft** to reopen it for editing. This makes the customer link unavailable and stops pending follow-ups until you send the quote again. A Signed quote must be voided before it can be reverted.
