It prefers a price saved specifically for this property, then a price saved for the whole customer, and falls back to the book (default) price. If a line already uses a saved property or customer price, a small "Property price" or "Customer price" label shows under the amount, and hovering it shows the book price and the override. If you type a unit price that differs from what the profile resolves, a "Save price" link appears alongside a muted "Book" reference. Clicking it offers three choices. This property saves the new price for just this property. All of (customer name) saves it for every property on that account. Just this quote keeps it as a one-off and saves nothing. Saving writes the override so future quotes and invoices use it; a quiet "Saved to ..." note with an Undo link appears, and Undo actually removes the override, not just the message. The "This property" option only appears when a property is selected on the quote.
