If your business has saved prompt templates, they appear first under "Choose a template" - pick the one that matches the work, or skip it. Below that is a prompt box where you can describe this specific draft or add specifics on top of a chosen template, for example "Customer is on the loyalty program - apply 10% off." You need either a selected template or some text in the prompt before the Generate button becomes active. When you click Generate, a progress panel appears showing the draft being built step by step, including line items cascading in as they are created. When generation finishes, the draft opens as an editable quote. Nothing is sent to the customer automatically - the AI output is a starting point. Review every line, price, and quantity, make any edits you need, then save and send as usual.
